Aidan Fisher, Head Chef at the New Inn, Chepstow
Aidan started his career as a musician at Durham University before training as a chef at Le Cordon Bleu in London, a world renowned culinary school.
He has worked in a variety of excellent dining establishments including the 3 rosette Terry M restaurant for four years.
Aidan has been instrumental in the regeneration of the New Inn as a food destination. His menu relies heavily on local and seasonal produce. He recently created a 5 course wild food banquet using locally foraged ingredients.
