Chef’s Theatre

The Demonstration Theatre will celebrate the very best of Monmouthshire’s chefs and cooks. The chefs will demonstrate dishes from fine dining restaurants to top quality pubs.

Also in the Demonstration Theatre we are delighted to welcome Adrian Walker a Master Butcher from Golden Valley Meat and Game from Grosmont in Monmouthshire who will give a butchery masterclass.
